By purchasing or using any Toolaby product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the tool on up to three devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
Toolaby tools are for personal and commercial use by the license holder. Automated bulk usage, scraping, or use in a way that places unreasonable load on third-party services is not permitted.
All code, design, and content remain the property of Toolaby. You receive a right to use, not ownership of the software itself.
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the tools will remain compatible with third-party services (e.g. Stripe) following changes to those services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolaby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms. Continued use of a product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
