If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Your license key will be revoked upon refund.
Use the contact form and include the email address you used to purchase. We process refunds within 1–2 business days. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your card.
Refunds are not available after 14 days except in cases where the tool is materially broken and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time. If you are experiencing an issue, contact support first — we will do our best to make it right.
If a third-party service change (e.g. a Stripe UI update) permanently breaks core functionality and we cannot issue a fix within 30 days of the breakage, we will offer a full refund regardless of purchase date.
